We are the branch labor union for secretariats of Japanese Association on Intellectual Disability(JAID), belonging to Southern Tokyo district labor union “Nambu Roso”(JAID union/Nambu Roso).

A secretariat of Japanese Association on Intellectual Disability(JAID) joined Southern Tokyo district labor union “Nambu Roso” in order to improve the working conditions in February 2016. We are fighting for the pleasant working conditions and the rights of workers. We will inform our activities or how we bargain collectively on this site.

There is nothing to argue about improving the welfare of people with intellectual disability, meanwhile, the rights of welfare service workers and secretariats must also be protected and promoted. We want you to join our union now.
